Introduction and Acceptance

Age Verification

app55 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being suspended or closed. If a person under 18 opens an account using false information, all funds held in that account will be forfeited.

Account Registration and Security

At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. app55 reserves the right to immediately close any account where false information has been provided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure.
Sharing your account credentials with anyone else is prohibited.
Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Create your password in line with cybersecurity standards — using a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. app55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the event of any breach of these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

app55 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

Deposits

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
Funds deposited into the account may only be used for your own personal gaming purposes.
Depositing using a third-party payment account or card is strictly prohibited.
All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
Large withdrawal amounts may be held pending until identity verification is complete.
Any unusual withdrawal request may be subject to additional review.

Taxes and Charges

Users are solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes. app55 does not normally charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your bank or payment service provider may apply their own charges — those are entirely subject to that organization's own policies.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

app55 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions. The general bonus terms are as follows:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
A minimum wagering requirement of 15x must be met to withdraw bonus funds.
A bonus is awarded once only and is non-transferable.
The validity period for using a bonus is stated in the relevant offer; if not used within the specified time it will be cancelled.

Other Promotions

Separate terms and conditions apply to each promotion or free spin. app55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If misuse of bonus benefits is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

VIP Program

app55's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 0.8%, and the Gold tier up to 1.2%. Your tier changes based on your regular activity.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

app55 is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Any form of fraud, software hacking or system exploitation.
Using any automated bot or script to play games.
Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
Any form of manipulation or collusion on the platform.
Using funds from illegal sources or engaging in any activity related to money laundering.
Attempting unauthorized access to the system or attempting to breach the platform's security.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all funds held may be forfeited. app55 reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All content on the app55 platform — logos, graphics, software, text, images and sound — is protected by the intellectual property rights of app55 or its licensors. Copying, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Third-party game content found on the platform is covered by the intellectual property rights of the respective game providers. Republishing or using this content without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

app55 always strives to provide a continuous and reliable service. However, app55's liability is limited in the following areas:

Losses caused by technical issues, server outages or internet connection interruptions.
Problems caused by delays or technical errors from third-party payment services.
Any financial loss resulting from a user's negligence or provision of incorrect information.
Situations involving force majeure — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks or government restrictions.

For gaming services, app55 uses platforms from independent third-party software providers. Those providers are responsible for the accuracy and fairness of their games.
